Simple As…

2 Feb

Simple as that for your simple ass,
Ask about that pretty simple math
I’m dreaming on Good for a sicker plan
sicker than any other nigga could be thinking man
I can’t be a loser could’ve figured that
I can’t be a lame I’m cooler than that
I feel I love the fame then I hate it back
Thinking, now what I should be twitterin?
Why’d big bro take all the hot bitches?
Dear god, me too, I like the hot bitches
I’ll be the underdog all along till I’m gone
I will live through this song
I’ll be strong through the haters

As simple as that
As simple as that
As simple as that for your simple ass

As simple as that
As simple as 1, 2, 3

[ Kid Cudi Lyrics are found on http://www.songlyrics.com ]
[Verse 2:]
Uh, simple as that for your simple ass
Simple way I wish you woulda called it how it shoulda been
They try to tell me they don’t get it
They don’t know the deal
Now I’ll be damned I came this far to let a fool live
I gotta terminate the hate spread the positive
But how to be, I’m whackin’ cheese into the little kids
So I curse like a sailor and I smoke weed
I am exactly who in all the rappers kids be
And who they love,
Hands to the universe
Pop, into the drug addicts if they spit a Cudi verse
Mad little mama sits her down gets her converse out her purse
Long as the beauty lookin’ juicy and he’s stylin’ on him

As simple as that
As simple as that
As simple as that for your simple ass

As simple as that
As simple as 1, 2, 3

[Common’s Speech:]
As our hero seems to be dreaming in peace, a dark chapter unfolds storing Scott into the most eery and unstable part of his imagination. So intense he cannot tell his dreams from reality. This is the rise of the night terrors….

…can you read the small print?!

I just finished reading this book today…  I highly recommend EVERYONE to read it.  Professional, college student, construction worker, stay at home dad…. everyone.  Vaynerchuk will inspire you to think outside the box, think more creatively…  desire to do more and be more.  He will question you! G.V. will make you rethink what you think is your passion!  We only differ on one thing, he’s a NY Jets fan, I’m a NY Giants fan, but nobody is perfect right?!   Peace and Love.

I have had a lot of inquiries from you guys about Landmark, wanting to know how it was…  what’s it about… what did I get out of it…  So here you go, Landmark for me was a wake up call.  I have been floating through life, not living to my full potential.  Being a fraud, as well as a jerk to the people I love.  When I arrived Friday morning, I was still unsure what I was there for.  Carey signed me up, and I didn’t do any due diligence on my part (gathering info off the internet like I usually do) before I got there.  I was going off the word of my wife and bro n law, that what I was about to take part in was going to be life changing.  So back to my Friday arrival, I was sitting in my seat for only 30 minutes when I started to sweat, and just like that I knew why I was suppose to be there.   I have never in my life taken 3 full days to do personal inventory on  myself, and man is that exhausting.  I had a headache that lasted damn near 3 days, but the wild thing about it was, once  I made amends with the people I needed to make amends with it went away just like that.  My Forum had 130 people enrolled in it, with each person having their own stories to contend with, so my experience is my experience.  I would love to get in to the vocabulary that we learned but It’s best you experience it for yourself.  I will leave you with this….   Are you living an extraordinary life?  Are you authentic?  Are you holding grudges against anyone right now?  If you hesitated one little bit in answering the questions I just asked, ask yourself why?  I have said it a few times already, I highly recommend everyone to attend a Landmark Forum, the money it cost is just that money, what it will do for you is priceless.  If you have any questions, please email at kris_p_kepler@yahoo.com, and I will answer any question that you have.  Peace.

Raphael Ruiz, CSCS

Raphael Ruiz was raised in Texas where his family still resides.  He played football and ran track in H.S. and at Sam Houston State University.  It was there where he began his career with the initial development of the concepts and forward thinking principles for a comprehensive and multidisciplinary approach to Strength & Conditioning (S&C); this program was titled Fitnecessity SP.  That was the precursor to the One Four Four One Training Systems.  Raphael relocated to Tampa in 1998 and began work as a Sports Performance Specialist at Harbor Island Athletic Club.  It was during this time that he branched out and worked with the S&C staffs of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays Minor League Program as well as the Director of Sports Performance at the Clearwater Tennis Academy.  Shortly thereafter, Raphael became the Director of S&C for the University of Tampa.  During that time, he also was as the Director of Sports Performance for the MLS Tampa Bay Mutiny.  In January 2005, the Sports Performance Clinic that Raphael developed was added as a division of the Musculoskeletal Institute [Established by Florida Orthopedic Institute].  In 2009 Raphael partnered with John Welbourn to create Crossfit Football.  He finished out his career at the University of Tampa in December 2009 and merged One Four Four One S&C with Khanomtom-Tampa Muay Thai.  With that move,  1441 S&C went full speed with its Tactical, Fire & Rescue S&C Program.  Raphael is driven to develop training systems that are centered on the practical application of highly effective, scientifically based, orthopaedically backed and performance driven.

Plain and simple, Raphael knows his stuff…. I won’t even get into all the Professional athletes he has trained that sought him out because of his training methods when he was still only in his mid 20’s!  Take the time to click on the link below his picture, and check out his website.  Also check out the dynamic warm-ups and stretches he has in a pdf, I’m still sore from these and it’s already been 2 days since Raphael and the CFFB crew was here!  Stay tuned, I will have a few more links in the next couple of days for you.  Peace.
