HSPU hand stand push ups

GHD situps is on a glute and hamstring machine

Double unders is 2 rotations of the jump rope counts as one

Thunderbird Loop is 1.5miles

**More FAQ’s will be added when necessary.  If you have any questions on the movements listed in the workout, please don’t hesitate to ask questions.  This will help me help others who are new to cross-training.

      we are building you up to these workouts Ryan, but not yet. I will have your workouts to you this week. (program for a month at a time)
