Increase Workload

As planned, today I flipped the Mikko Salo switch and have increased my workload. Today was day 1 of Strength and Power Specification Phase.  For the next 12 weeks I will be knocking out a strength wod designed by Greg Everett in the AM, followed by some skill work.  In the afternoon, I will potentially do an additional Crossfit based strength wod, with a metcon immediately after.  It was blatantly obvious that my conditioning is not where it should be after the first Crossfit Games Open wod.

I have no excuses.
