I’m completely thrashed right now, so I’m not going to write much more… but I promise, I have a lot to say and show you my journey around town lake that started on Friday at 9:45pm and didn’t end until 7:30am this morning! thanks Big Z! Now that I am done with that it’s time to start killin body weight movements! keep me posted on the Greg Amundsun meeting, I already let the wife know it was in the works, so once you finalize it I am in brutha!
