    stayed @ 135 on the snatch (Coach B running through my head the whole time!) I need to work on form and not go up in weight on this anytime soon.

    Push ups: 300+ instead of a continuously running clock, I would only run it while doing push ups.

    20:00 on the run, will look to improve on this each day…. I haven’t run 3miles in a few months, felt really good!

    I’m looking to pr tomorrow @ 295 or maybe even 300#!!
