Rope climb for 20minutes, add up total footage you climb in 20 minutes

Rest 10 minutes

Row 2000 Meters (shooting for sub 8minutes)

    20 foot rope + 20 minutes = 1,000 feet 😉

    OHS, last set did 3 reps at 205, not bad considering it’d been awhile since I did this lift

    Front Squat, worked up to 225

    only made it to 13 minutes of rope climbing (class was about to start)

    12- 15′ rope climbs
    15- 12′ rope climbs

    no row, monsoon hit as we moved out of the way of class. will add this later in the week
