3 second count down/ press up

15 minutes

At the top every minute

1 Power Clean

1 Hang Clean

1 Hang Clean and Press


Pick a weight that pushes you, but allows you to hold on to the bar for all 3 Reps

5 minute rest

Row 2000m

    Bench Press: worked up to 305# for 4reps
    Power clean, hang clean, hang clean press: used 200#..finished every round btwn 6-8seconds
    2000m row: 8:32

      nice…… the actual workout was only suppose to be for 10min…. i bumped it up to 15, and then you big dawg go for 20, very nice!!

        final set 195…worked on speed, bench done from the floor

        10 minuted w/ 155#, last 5 minutes w/ 175#
        will go heavier for sure next time

        row 7:54 slow but wanted to make sure i did it in under 8
