Snatch Balance 5 x 3

Snatch Deadlift 5 x 5

Muscle Up 3 sets of max reps

50 KB burpee-sumo high pull-swings for time (1.5 pd or larger )

    OHS last set 205#, failed on the 3rd rep

    Snatch Balance last set 175# (1 RM max was 165#!.. 20# increase from yesterday)

    Snatch Deadlift last set 175#

    Muscle Up 8,7,4

    50kb workout time: 8min and some change…pure misery!
