3 Muscle Ups

5 2pood swings

7 ring pushups

15 double unders

My Goal for this workout is to complete each movement unbroken… making sure each rep is legit with NO failed reps.  For those that do not know me, I’m gearing up for the South Central Crossfit Regional competition this weekend.  That is why I was going to wait to start posting workouts, but why wait?!  Get You Some!

    Big C in the casa!! 9 rnds + 2 MU..Just put out 75-80%…it was a good one!!!
